We are a Family Run Local Whistler Business providing private SUV transportation between Whistler and Vancouver / YVR Airport.

$375 plus 5% GST tax each way (including 5% GST tax $393.75) - Prices in Canadian Dollars

US - Exchange Rate: $1 USD = $1.26 CAD!

Our SUV Vehicles seat up to 6 passengers and are equipped to drive in Snow:

Car Seats:
Child and Infant Car Seats available we also have booster seats - please request this at the time of booking .

Early Departure or Arrival? - Grab and Go Breakfast:
We can arrange a grab and go breakfast to include Savory Crossaint, Yoghurt Parfait, Fruit, Muffin and Juice.

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy and we do not take payment for your Whistler airport transfer until 48 hours prior to arrival.

48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Please let us know prior to 48 hours in advance if you require any changes to be made.

Whistler Airport Transfers/Cold Comforts are not responsible for delays due to airline schedule changes, lost luggage, immigration, weather, road closures, or traffic conditions. Please note we do track you flight and will arrive at the airport for the actual arrival time on the day.

Transfers cancelled within 48 hours will be charged the full amount.

Transfers cancelled greater than 48 hours in advance there is no charge. Transfer changes within 48 hours will be charged $100.

Delays/Waiting will be charged at the hourly rate for that vehicle - $90 per hour for SUV.

Damage/Spills/Stains will be charged repair or clean-up costs.

The use of alcohol, smoking, or drugs in the vehicle is prohibited.
